Rick de Jong has worked hard to make West Kelowna a great place to live and, as a relativelyl new City, to help it through its growing pains. There is still much work to be done, and Rick is once again asking you for your vote, so that he can rely on his past knowledge as a City Councillor to help move West Kelowna in the right direction.15
